Rupp Z90 Top Gun Single Handle Outrigger Base – NEW
“Easily open or close the integrated toggle to change between in/out and up/down functions. Even the largest outrigger poles are effortless to deploy in virtually any sea condition thanks to our proven 30:1 gear drive system. Requires no “handle flip” to lock outrigger position, allowing for a 360 degree of fishing positions. Raise and lower outriggers with half the rotations of competing products. Heavy duty stainless steel design fits standard 3×5 bolt pattern for easy replacement of most existing outrigger bases. The top gear housing comes standard in bright polished finish or can be ordered in powder coated finish. Various handle configurations and shaft lengths are available. The raised handle option gives you 1-3/8″ more head space, and it is our recommendation for most boats. We have found that the “amount of handle” you have at your disposal to operate these mounts isn’t as critical as with other mounts because of the mechanical advantage these give for swing adjustment i.e.: the swing adjustment is not 1:1 (hand to rigger) and therefore not difficult for swinging longer outriggers even in heavier seas or winds.
